Used Items and Term Limits
Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been sucessfully received by customers within a few days are eligible for returns or exchanges. Once a few days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
Refund Term Limits
Refund and exchange claims will only be accepted within a few days of order processing. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

The website is not liable for printing or delivery delays related to complications arising from flawed designs being uploaded by store owners. The website is not liable for any monetary loss or damages arising from the inability to produce or ship infringing content.
