What if I only receive parts of the orders or something are missing?
We ship our items from multiple locations overseas, so orders with multiple items or multiple orders may arrive separately and at slightly different times. Please kindly wait for them patiently. They will come to you one after another. When you receive the packages, please check if the packages are undamaged and there is something missing. If you only receive parts of the orders or something are missing, please contact us soon so that we can check and resend to you immediately.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please get in touch with your bank company. It may take several business days for processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
